We currently have an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager.
This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions, duties, and development of the human resource department and will have the following responsibilities:
• Manages the CEDIA recruiting process
• Advises management on employee related policy and procedures and employment law
• Conducts Internal Investigations and makes appropriate recommendations for employee relations issues
• Manages the Benefit Administration and Design process for CEDIA to include: conducting annual medical insurance open enrollment, benefit plan design changes, employee meetings, 401K plan meetings, and manage benefit vendor relations and audits
• Provides HR program/ policy development and design
• Employment Law Compliance
• HRIS system Administration
• Manages the New Employee onboarding process
• Manages the annual Performance Review Process
• Manages the Bi- weekly payroll process to include payroll/benefits related reconciliations to General Ledger and other accounts
• Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs
• Manages the PTO data base process
• Performs various research projects, leadership training and other special projects
• Conducts Compensation Analysis
• Manages Holiday Activities and Employee Engagement
• Responsible for a variety of HR administrative tasks – calendars, HR file maintenance, etc.
Qualifications:
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment when necessary
• Needs to have the ability to handle and maintain confidential information
• Close attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure, while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree, 5 or more years' related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have demonstrated through education or experience the ability to manage projects. Must maintain the highest levels of personal integrity and discretion.
